The Machining Department plays a pivotal role in Ahresty India's vertically integrated manufacturing process. It bridges the critical transition from raw aluminum die-cast components to precision-engineered automotive parts ready for assembly and delivery. Ahresty India operates a fleet of VMCs (Vertical Machining Centers) and HMCs (Horizontal Machining Centers). These CNC machines are capable of high-speed, high-precision operations necessary for complex die-cast aluminum components. The use of both vertical and horizontal platforms allows for flexibility in part orientation, efficient multi-face machining, and reduced re-fixturing – all of which contribute to shorter cycle times and improved accuracy.
